Who this statement covers
This statement explains how Sync360, a New Zealand business based in Auckland, handles personal information submitted through the opportunity-review form, by email or through other direct contact.
Information we collect
When you contact Sync360, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, business area and the process information you choose to provide. The website may also create limited technical records needed for security, diagnostics and reliable submission.
Please do not send customer records, employee information, credentials, financial account details or other sensitive business data through the website form.
Why we collect it
We use the information to review your enquiry, contact you, prepare for a conversation, operate and secure the website, and understand demand for Sync360 services. We will not use a free-text process description for unrelated marketing or automated eligibility decisions.
Who may receive it
Access is limited to the Sync360 team responsible for enquiries and the service providers needed to operate the website and respond: Netlify hosts the website and stores form submissions, Brevo supports contact management and email delivery, and Google Analytics provides website measurement. We disclose only the information each provider needs for its role.
Storage, security and retention
Sync360 uses access controls, technical safeguards and restricted operational records to protect enquiry information. Form submissions are retained for up to 365 days so we can respond, manage the business relationship and meet legal obligations. Completed delivery and duplicate-prevention records are removed after 30 days. We may retain information longer where an active business relationship or legal obligation requires it.
Information handled outside New Zealand
Netlify, Brevo and Google may process information outside New Zealand. Sync360 uses these providers under their applicable privacy and data-protection terms and takes reasonable steps to ensure personal information remains protected. New Zealand Privacy Principle 12 applies to disclosures of personal information outside New Zealand.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics records page visits and selected form events on the production website. It may use first-party cookies and collect information such as approximate location, browser, device and page interactions. Sync360 does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names or process descriptions to Google Analytics. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Access, correction and questions
You may ask whether Sync360 holds personal information about you and request access or correction, subject to applicable law. Contact Sync360’s privacy contact at hello@sync360.co.nz.
